01 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between Jeetwen (jeetwen.onl) and its members. Jeetwen is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh.

By accessing the platform, registering, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using the platform.

02 Eligibility & Registration

Jeetwen reserves the right to decline any registration request without providing a reason. KYC documents may be requested for identity verification. If the documents provided are not valid, the account will be temporarily suspended.

03 Account Management

Your Jeetwen account is entirely your responsibility. You are required to keep your password and login credentials secure. Do not share your account details with anyone.

• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact Jeetwen Support immediately.
• Operating an account on behalf of another person or placing bets in someone else's name is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared with another person.
• Any balance in an account may only be withdrawn by the account's original owner.
• A notice will be sent before closing any inactive account (no activity for more than 12 months).

Jeetwen reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account while it is under investigation. All transactions on the account will be frozen during this period.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

• Deposits must come from your own account. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

10 Dispute Resolution

• Complex cases may require up to 14 business days to investigate.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, server logs will serve as the definitive record.
